No – this side recording time clock does not have an on board calculation function. However, Allied Time USA offers multiple free calculator solutions through our site HERE and through a free smart phone app TimeAlly that can be downloaded from iTunes or GooglePlay stores.
Please note: by default, punches are printed on the time cards in following format (HH:MM)
Prior to totaling hours from the IN column and OUT column on the cards, all times must be converted to decimals (hundredths of hours.) The print format may also be adjusted with the settings to appear in decimals (HH.MM) Conversion chart for reference can be seen HERE
Please locate White Lever located on the bottom of the unit. If you move the margin lever all the way towards the front of the clock, your print will come out close to the outer edge of the time card. To print deeper (further from the edge), slide the Lever towards the back of the clock.
